Recognizing this, She Runs It held the fifth annual “She Runs It. He Gets It.” conversation aboard the Teads Yacht, focusing on allyship and gender parity while celebrating dynamic leadership duos. These partnerships often accelerate women’s rise into leadership roles, facilitated by sponsors who already occupy C-suite positions – a demographic still predominantly composed of 70% white men.
